Across hospitals, facilities and home health, Aminat and Nancy kept seeing the same thing: significant gaps in access to compassionate, coordinated, patient-centered care. New Horizon was created to close them, bringing clinical leadership and practical coordination together so support at home is organized, respectful and easier to trust.

Co-founder
Aminat Alausa, RN
Co-Founder & Clinical Director of Nursing
After a successful decade in the financial industry with Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase, Aminat answered a calling to healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic and pursued a career in nursing.
Since becoming a nurse, she has gained extensive clinical and leadership experience across hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, psychiatric and mental health units, and home health settings. Throughout her career, she recognized significant gaps in access to compassionate, coordinated and patient-centered care, the experience that inspired her to co-found New Horizon Community Services.
As Clinical Director of Nursing, Aminat ensures the highest standards of clinical excellence, patient safety and regulatory compliance, leading a team dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities and underserved populations.
My mission is to build an organization where compassionate care, integrity and excellence remain the foundation of every service provided.

Nancy Valle
Co-Founder & Administrator
Nancy Valle serves as Partner and Administrator of New Horizon Community Services, LLC, where she is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality community-based care throughout Texas. She is passionate about helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, seniors, and those with complex care needs receive personalized support that promotes independence, dignity, and an enhanced quality of life.
With a strong commitment to excellence, Nancy oversees the agency’s daily operations, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and client-centered care initiatives. She works closely with families, healthcare professionals, and community partners to ensure every individual receives services tailored to their unique needs, goals, and preferences.
New Horizon Community Services provides a comprehensive range of supports, including Home and Community-based Services (HCS), Personal Assistance Services (PAS), respite care, attendant care, nursing support, and coordination with hospice services when appropriate. Under Nancy’s leadership, the agency is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
Nancy believes that exceptional care is built on trust, respect, and meaningful relationships. Her goal is to help every individual served live as independently and confidently as possible while giving families peace of mind through dependable, person-centered care.
