What if I do not have insurance, or my plan does not cover home care?

Private pay is simple and transparent. You will receive a clear hourly rate and an itemized statement, with no long-term contract required. You can pay securely online, by card, or set up recurring billing.

Does Medicare cover in-home care?

Original Medicare covers limited, short-term skilled care under specific conditions, but generally does not cover ongoing personal or companion care. We will help you understand what applies to your situation and point you to the right options.

How does billing work?

Care is billed by the hour, based on your plan. You will always know your rate up front. We send clear, itemized invoices and you can pay online in a few clicks or arrange automatic payments.

Is there a deposit or long-term contract?

No long-term contract is required for private-pay care. Plans can be adjusted or paused as needs change. We will walk you through any deposit or scheduling details during your free assessment.
